Christmas Tree Decorating Contest

 

Trees may be entered on Saturday, Sept 21th between 9am and 5pm. They will be dis-assembled on Sunday, Sept 29th between 1 and 5pm. 

Judged on Monday Sept 23rd.

*Note: There will only be one class, Groups A, B, C, D, & E will all be judged together. 

 

Rules:

 

1. The theme is agriculture in Virginia. 

2. Open to all non-profit organizations (youth and adult)

3. One tree per organization.

4. The tree can be artificial or live, minimum size 3 foot and maximum size 4 foot. 

5. Organization must provide tree, tree stand, and any shatter proof decorations for tree, the Fair Association will provide electricity for lights. 

 

*Note: Trees will be judged on how well it promotes and informs the public about Virginia agriculture.
