Rules:
1. An exhibit may be entered by an individual only. 

2. Arrangement must be made by the exhibitor during the 2025 Fair year.

3. Flowers used in arrangements do not have to be grown by exhibitor.

4. Specimen must be grown by exhibitor and displayed in plastic bottles.  A specimen is an individual flower.

5. Collection should contain three blooms of the same specimen (can be different color, size, type) displayed in a single plastic container.

6. All flowers must be fresh unless otherwise specified (no plastics).

7. Sweepstakes ribbon for most blue ribbons in show. 

8. The Fair Association reserves the right to move exhibits as need arises.
 

Section I- Youth Show 

Only groups A, B, and C Groups A, B, C, judged separately

Entries Monday, Sept 22 between 9AM-Noon

Removed between 1PM-5PM on Sunday Sept 28.
 

Rules:

1. The department will be closed during judging, on Monday Sept 22
2. Grand Champion ribbon to best arrangement in show.
 

The “Ruby” Award $25.00

To be given to person or persons with most blue ribbons in arrangements of dried, silk, or fresh flowers. To be given yearly.

Department C- Specimens

Rules:

1. An exhibit may be entered by an individual only.

4. The Fair Association reserves the right to move exhibits as need arises.

5. Chrysanthemums - must be displayed as a spray (a single stem consisting of several blooms, buds and leaves).

6. Single Dahlias have a daisy like form, with one row of petals surrounding a center disk. 

7. Double Dahlias have two or more rows of petals surrounding a center disk.

8. Collection should contain three blooms of the same specimen (can be different color, size, type) displayed in a single plastic container.
